I was informed I had another issue I wasn’t even aware of and they ordered the part, called me when it came in and again I was given a loner car. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism, courtesy and customer service I received and would certainly recommend Acura in Palentine! More

Worst place for service I don’t give even 1 start as yesterday I went there for wash my car and now it is damaged (passenger door dent). I spoke with staff right away and he agreed this could be happen during car wash but he doesn’t have authority for decision so he asked to come back next day to meet Service manager “Omar” who is really jerk person, he refused to fix my car and not ready to accept that this damage happened during car wash. When they want to sell their cars they come with good deal but when it comes to service I can tell worst place. More
