I'll give this dealer 3 stars simply because of their poor online performance. Requested a drive online, no response. Texted a request to their portal, no response. Also called to inquire if the car I was looking for was still available, no call back. Finally I drove to the dealer and was able to arrange a test drive. After that service was quite satisfactory. Worked with Aaron who was very good. I would recommend him, however they need to get their online interaction worked out. More

I had a great experience getting my car here. This was my very first car purchase and they made it very quick and easy. It did help that I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted. All in all I still spent very first car purchase and they made it very quick and easy. It did help that I came in knowing exactly what car I wanted. All in all I still spent a little over two hours at the dealership. I did appreciate that the time with finance was easy and quick. My only real disappointment in the whole process was the trade in value for my car was a bit low. Overall great first car buying experience! More

Transparent, helpful and efficient! Working with Aaron and Mike was, believe it or not, an ENJOYABLE experience! No pressure, total transparency, helpful and efficient. We were able to cover most of the numbers via email/text with Aaron to shorten our time in the dealership during the pandemic - Aaron gave us a good breakdown of the numbers along with an "initial valuation" of our trade-in...we pretty much had the deal done before we ever set foot in the dealership. Upon arrival Aaron had the Pilot ready to go for a quick test drive while they did an in-person look at our trade-in. The entire process moved along quickly and we were in the Business Office with Mike Minner within 30 minutes of first arriving onsite. Mike was cordial and helpful when going through the various warranty options and at no time pressured us into buying a package. We were able to look at various financing options in a short period of time and wrapped up the entire finance portion of the deal in less than 30 minutes - although we could've spent a lot more time just visiting with Mike and hearing stories about his family and our similar faith backgrounds. Excellent time with Aaron and Mike - we will be back! More
