I received a notice for a 27 service point check, made my appointment. I arrived and was taken in and told about the service and the time approximate, to pick up my vehicle everythings was clear and understood as always, I never have any problems with service at Ricart.

My wife and I stopped by Ricart to compare several different makes and models of SUV's. Our salesman, Pete, took the time to explain the options and deals available for several different makes and models. (Kia, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai) After looking at several different makes, we decided to attempt to purchase a Mitsubishi, then things went south, fast. The sales "manager", Aaron came over and basically refused to listen to what we wanted to do. After being told numerous times that we wanted to purchase the vehicle outright with cash, and being told numerous times that we did not to finance, he continued to ignore our requests, pressuring us to finance the vehicle. He was very condescending to both me and my wife during our entire conversation. After attempting to walk away, another sales "managers", Matt came over to attempt to salvage the "sale". Matt was polite and respectful, however had no shame in lying to my wife about the deal, and when confronted about it, admitted it was all about getting the sale that day due to daily quotas.
Then the sales "managers" constantly calling "Mr Ricart" on the phone to get approval for any deal, was just not believable. If "Mr Ricart" was that concerned about our deal, and knew there was an issue, and was on the property, he could have came down himself to address it.
I appreciate Pete for taking the time to assist us. Had the sales "managers" not been involved, we would have purchased a vehicle.
