I recently bought a 2020 Tundra for over $40k. The truck was low miles. The dealership claimed it was in good condition and had been locally owned. After purchasing the truck, I noticed rust on th The truck was low miles. The dealership claimed it was in good condition and had been locally owned. After purchasing the truck, I noticed rust on the frame of the vehicle. I inspected further, and found substantial rust on all the frame welds and undercarriage parts of the vehicle. I called the dealership back to ask about my options, because it was never mentioned that the truck contained rust, and the purchase price did not reflect the issues with the vehicle. The used car manager told me that the truck passed a safety inspection, so essentially it wasn't their problem. He told me I could bring my truck in for service, but I would have to pay them for any service rendered. Now the used car manager and the service manager won't answer my calls. I'm a big Toyota fan, but I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. More

I was told there would be follow up from our salesman, and have not heard a word from them. I was tired so I didn't feel like negotiating all the warranties and add ons they slapped on our sticker price. and have not heard a word from them. There was little to no explanation, I saw all the add ons but figured it was Joseph's first sale and I wanted a little extra protection and felt it would be nice to give him a good first sale victory. Nonetheless I wasn't shown any of the add on prices and was just told of its broad coverage, it was like I just needed to accept what was said. My child was slowly getting fussy and we really needed a car so it now feels like leverage was used to get us to pay full price on everything because it was closing time. I wanted to ask about a roof rack when he promised to call and follow up. Everyone's nice to you until the sale is made, then it's a ghost town. I hate feeling this way and will likely follow up myself if I hear nothing within the week. I'm a person who holds people to their words and I was promised follow up. But I guess follow-up is for people who are still thinking about buying a car. Update: I felt this way because people were aggressively in our ears about how bad our deal was and the lack of follow up exacerbated the noise. Joseph did reach out after the review was posted and was earnestly apologetic for his miscommunication. I appreciated his tone and feel great about my purchase again; I have full confidence that he will never forget a follow-up again. I have reviewed everything a bit more extensively and feel confident that this is a dealer I would recommend. I look forward to continually using Supreme Toyota's services before we leave the great state of Louisiana. More
