Regardless of where we leased the car they inspected and cleaned the vehicle all at no charge. We were impressed how easy and open they were in the process given we were first time customers. Based on this experience at the beginning of the year we decided to return our car (given the lease was expiring) and explore a new lease with Honda Motor Werks Barrington. We must admit that we were pleasantly surprised with the entire process and experience. Our salesperson, Dustin Eugenio, together with a young new hire, Rashard, were very personal and attentive. Between the two of them, they explained the equipment and features very clearly. They were also efficient when channeling our questions and demands to their manager, Aaron, and solicit answers and agreement. We were happy with the vehicle and satisfied with the services we received when we drove out of the parking lot. Dustin is a responsible salesperson, he has followed up with phone calls and text messages in the next few days. He was also very helpful in scheduling appointment with the Service Department because there were a couple optional items which require installation on a separate date. More
