We must admit that we were pleasantly surprised with the entire process and experience. Our salesperson, Dustin Eugenio, together with a young new hire, Rashard, were very personal and attentive. Between the two of them, they explained the equipment and features very clearly. They were also efficient when channeling our questions and demands to their manager, Aaron, and solicit answers and agreement. We were happy with the vehicle and satisfied with the services we received when we drove out of the parking lot. Dustin is a responsible salesperson, he has followed up with phone calls and text messages in the next few days. He was also very helpful in scheduling appointment with the Service Department because there were a couple optional items which require installation on a separate date. More

We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. We recommend Honda at Motor Werks because of the way the sales and service people treated us. More

Room for improvement on how they deal with repeat customers Got a great deal through True Car on 2015 Accord - significantly better discount off of MSRP than the 2013 Accord I leased from MW in 2012. Dealer ph Got a great deal through True Car on 2015 Accord - significantly better discount off of MSRP than the 2013 Accord I leased from MW in 2012. Dealer phoned me and I was very direct with what I was looking for on a lease quote. They phoned back with an insulting offer that really ticked me off. I had to play games on the phone with several people before I finally got a straight shooter - Aaron. He gave me the deal I was looking for on my lease with 100% transparency - no games. Kim in finance was quick and efficient with the financing portion and was also a straight shooter. I would say in general that this dealership could improve on how they deal with repeat customers - especially ones that are re-upping on a lease of essentially the same car. After the first lease rate quote, I felt like I was treated like someone off the street who was completely unfamiliar with the car leasing process. More
