We taught it was just an alignment issue but turns out to be a bad tire. Eric was very helpful with keeping us updated and help us get a loaner car to drive back to Rockford which is an hour away. The sales guy Steve was great with helping us with our loaner car. He also fill our gas tank for us and was very friendly. Dealer phoned me and I was very direct with what I was looking for on a lease quote. They phoned back with an insulting offer that really ticked me off. I had to play games on the phone with several people before I finally got a straight shooter - Aaron. He gave me the deal I was looking for on my lease with 100% transparency - no games. Kim in finance was quick and efficient with the financing portion and was also a straight shooter. I would say in general that this dealership could improve on how they deal with repeat customers - especially ones that are re-upping on a lease of essentially the same car. After the first lease rate quote, I felt like I was treated like someone off the street who was completely unfamiliar with the car leasing process. More

Good support in a difficult (post-accident) trade in Shawn Hassan's email reached me a day or two after I'd been rear-ended, so remembering my previous good experiences purchasing a vehicle at the Barrin Shawn Hassan's email reached me a day or two after I'd been rear-ended, so remembering my previous good experiences purchasing a vehicle at the Barrington MoterWerks, I decided to stop in on my way to the city. The trunk of my Audi was tied down with a boating cord, and the frame damaged from the impact. I knew the insurance would cover damage, but I hadn't realized the extent of the loss to the car's trade-in value and that meant I have a number of obstacles to overcome. All of these were met with the help of Shawn Hassan, and more than met. At the end of the process, unbelievably, instead of taking a hit, financially, I was diving a better car than the Audi when it was new, and every aspect of the new purchase - a 3-series 2011 BMW - was an improvement over what I'd been driving. Shawn is never pushy, and what's more - he listens. That immediately distinguished him from the agent I was working with at my Audi dealership, who never stopped talking and had all the answers before I'd even asked a question. When I arrived that first day at the Honda dealership, with hust an hour's notice, Shawn had three cars ready for me to test drive. Instead of trying to sell me on this or that feature (which I was quite able to evaluate myself as are most people looking in this range), he listened to what I had to say, and came to a judgement of which car might suit me best. Having this confirmation of my own judgement was way more helpful, than hearing a lot of unnecessary verbiage about every small thing on every car I looked at. I will be returning often to MoterWerks in the coming years and certainly I'll recommend Shawn Hassan as an excellent guide through even the complicated buying experience that my accident (through no fault of my own) put me through.. Jae Kong was similarly helpful, and (thankfully) humorous about the finances and insurance obstacles. More
