My experience with Ed Martin from start to finish was horrendous. The minute I drove my preowned Buick Enclave off the lot, it had major issues. I didn't even take it home that night. Ed Martin fixed the horrendous. The minute I drove my preowned Buick Enclave off the lot, it had major issues. I didn't even take it home that night. Ed Martin fixed the issue, but it took four days. After getting the car back, there was another immediate issue. I had to drop the car back off for another five days. Then they told me it would be $1700 because I bought the car AS IS. This was only days after purchasing a $17,000 vehicle! I've had the car for three months now and still haven't been able to get it fixed because I also had to replace the battery, and several other things that have gone wrong. I refuse to give Ed Martin any more money, so I've gone to other mechanics who told me the dealership definitely knew the car had all these issues when they sold it to me. I'm filing a civil lawsuit against them and would not recommend anyone buy a used car from them. More
