He didn't try to (or have to) upsell me, but supplied information and patiently answered all my questions, empowering me to make the best decisions for myself. The atmosphere at this dealership is laid back and the experience is seamless from sales (Nick is also very helpful and a good asset to the company) to financing (Jeff and Christi are excellent). They also offer extras that many other dealerships typically don't, and at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Kistler Ford and Aaron Byler!! More
