Always great service I moved to downtown Sarasota but will make the drive to Venice because of years of prompt, good service there. Minimal service I just moved here from the east coast. Since I have owned the car, I have had service every 5000 miles. A wash and vacuum was always included. I was told over the phone that a tire rotation was included in the price for my oil change. Upon arrival I was going to be charged an additional 20 for the tire rotation. This is the only Toyota dealership in town, but the service is certainly not what I have been used to on the east coast. Btw, I have been in a Toyota since 2000. So I am not new to customer service at Toyota dealerships, just this one. More
