Always great service I moved to downtown Sarasota but will make the drive to Venice because of years of prompt, good service there. I tried to schedule with the two Toyota I moved to downtown Sarasota but will make the drive to Venice because of years of prompt, good service there. I tried to schedule with the two Toyota dealers who are closer to my home, leaving voice messages and never got calls returned. Venice Toyota service reps will usually answer or call right back. More

Minimal service I just moved here from the east coast. Since I have owned the car, I have had service every 5000 miles. A wash and vacuum was always included. I was told over the phone that a tire rotation was included in the price for my oil change. Upon arrival I was going to be charged an additional 20 for the tire rotation. This is the only Toyota dealership in town, but the service is certainly not what I have been used to on the east coast. Btw, I have been in a Toyota since 2000. So I am not new to customer service at Toyota dealerships, just this one. More
