Apparently terrible service My mom brings in the car to have simply factory recall airbags replaced. Leaves being told that she needs a new compressor for the AC... worked perfec My mom brings in the car to have simply factory recall airbags replaced. Leaves being told that she needs a new compressor for the AC... worked perfectly up until bringing in for this recall! Terrible service. They further tell this 70yo lady that she needs a new timing belt! Are you kidding me? That was timely replaced! Terrible! More

Poor Service Was to get my Toyota Care last service of oil chg & rotation at 25,000 mi. Since only 25,000 mi only got the rotation, no oil chg. Said I have to wait Was to get my Toyota Care last service of oil chg & rotation at 25,000 mi. Since only 25,000 mi only got the rotation, no oil chg. Said I have to wait another 5000 mi & then pay for it. Had my car for over 2 hours? For a tire rotation ???? When done, they wanted to charge me $32, I had to tell them it was free under Toyota Care. Service guy really didn't care, kind of abrupt. Just wanted to sell me 2 cabin air condition filer changes for around $100. Taking my car elsewhere from no on. More
