BEWARE! The service department is Dishonest & Disceitful! We own 2 Toyota’s and expected more from this dealer. We took our 2019 Camry in for a warranty oil change and a recommended tire rotation. My husban We own 2 Toyota’s and expected more from this dealer. We took our 2019 Camry in for a warranty oil change and a recommended tire rotation. My husband discreetly marked the tires to check to see if a tire rotation would be done. To our surprise the tires were NOT rotated, yet it was listed on the invoice that the tires had been rotated. Obviously we won’t be going back to Venice Toyota for our service maintenance. More

Service was excellent, prompt, personnel were friendly and accommodating. Had a light (not service due) that I didn’t mention. It was corrected. Two guests not wearing masks and one over ears only.
