I didn’t like sitting in the lounge waiting for 2 hours before receiving the first update on my vehicle to confirm it’s problem, when delivery of the part and the repair took less than 30 minutes (based on before receiving the first update on my vehicle to confirm it’s problem, when delivery of the part and the repair took less than 30 minutes (based on my point of view). However, the CSR did get me out within my deadline to leave. It would’ve been less stressful to have been informed of the delay much earlier on. More
