The car was put on hold the morning we drove up so it was not gone when we arrived. The car was detailed and waiting up front when we arrived and we were greeted by name as we entered the dealership. Considerations were made for me and the kids that were thoughtful and made the experience more desirable including free waters, ice cream and a waiting room, not to mention the car was even better than the online pictures and verbal descriptions. It was an enjoyable process and I am gtateful for such a safe, nice car that will be in our family for many years to come. Thank you to our salesperson that worked hard to ensure our happiness with the vehicle, finance person that completed our documents in a timely manner, beating our local finance rate, the maintenance team that ensured our vehicle was safe and met their high standards and everyone else behind the scenes that made the purchase possible. More

Happy with truck, not service. First of all let me start with the pros. They worked hard to get a great deal that was within our budget. Also I really love my new vehicle. First, the day we went they couldn’t get us a deal because they couldn’t access our credit report because we have it frozen due to the Equifax breach. When I asked Aaron the salesman about it he told us they could take care of that there. After an hour drive to the dealership, they could not. Second, when we went to pick up the truck, it was later in the day, and apparently the finance manager was supposed to get off about the time we got there. Signing the paperwork was very rushed and we couldn’t read through it like we normally due. If we tried he would snatch it from us and move on to the next form. Nothing was explained to us. When I reached out to Aaron through email with a question he was rude with his reply, and he always acted like they where the ones doing us a great favor. Last I checked we are the customer and could have went elsewhere. More

Once the sale was done, he still took the time to make sure we were trained in the operation of the car. That was very much appreciated since many sales folks are less interested in you after the sales deal is done. Aaron helped me by listening to what I specifically wanted in the car and found three that matched the description. He also drove me to Enterprise to drop off my rental and stayed with me and walked me through all of the features. It was awesome because I haven't had a new car in 10 years and have no idea what I'm doing! Overall it was a positive experience except not lowering the price by $900 (not his fault), and trying to get me to finance at the dealership. I'm not sure why that was so important. This is my 2nd time buying a car and I have excellent credit and knew exactly what I wanted to pay. I like being organized and having everything together to make my life easier. My first financing through the dealership was a terrible experience and I had a very high interest rate and I look back knowing I was ripped off. I know I made the right choice by being a "cash buyer" with my finances and credit history. I don't like being pressured and glad I stick to my guns! Wish the car could've been a little lower but Bommarito can afford cars to sit longer on the lot so that wasn't happening. Overall, good experience and would recommend! More
