"Aaron made our car buying experience great! "
Although we live within a couple miles from another Chevrolet dealer, I did not get a warm welcome over the phone, so I decided not to visit that dealer. When I called Suburban- Ann Arbor, I was connected with Aaron, he promptly answered any questions I had, gave me additional info, etc. The next day we met with Aaron and left driving a new Impala. I highly recommend Aaron, he's a great sales rep!
"You've got to be kidding! "
This ranks up there with one of the worst car buying experiences I've ever had. The car is a stripped down model with the worst radio available. I feel like I've been taken every time I get in the car to drive. I am going to tell everybody I can about what I've been through. I called the Cadillac complaint line and was supposed to hear from someone on Monday 11/6/14 and still haven't heard from anyone. Mark Young never told me I would be getting a base model ATS as opposed to a mid level model. He even lied to me when I asked him where the CD player was located. He told me the ATS 's didn't come with CD players. What was done to me was not only deceitful, but what I consider fraudulent. The letter I have sent to the Cadillac complaint department details the terrible experience I have had with Suburban Cadillac. When I was looking at Cadillac's two years ago I remember the sales staff as being very helpful and knowledgeable. This hasn't been the case this time around.

Mr. Davidson was extremely strong in follow through and followed up with me, providing a car that met my search criteria. The Service Manager, Mr. Millard, worked on my previous cars and is excellent in problem solving and in offering information in outlining service options. The price for my current car was not as high as I hoped but the manager agreed to work with me. I would purchase a car from Mr. Davisdson in the future.

"Very sloppy. I had test driven several cars before..."
Very sloppy. I had test driven several cars before finding the one I wanted to purchase... that is when the problems started. The number of loopholes required to purchase the vehicle was surprising and the communication between the finance, sales, and management teams seemed to be non-existent. Eventually, I had left my credit card info with my salesman to process the payment only to HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK hours later to find the car I thought I had just purchased had been sold. The dealer did find a different car, a 2011 CTS base... not quite the vehicle I had in mind... oh and the price tag was $5000 more.... and that's not all... the car was suppose to meet several conditions, bluetooth being a feature I almost require due to my work. As it turns out, neither the salesman or I were aware that this particular vehicle which I had just signed for did not have that equipment... and of course at that point I had spent nearly 2 full business days at the dealership and they had collected their check, so it wasn't their problem anymore. Needless to say I discourage any one to work with this particular dealer for their lack of customer service, follow-through, and disclosure. In fact, if when/if I find myself passing by this dealership and I happen to be on the phone (not via the car's integrated bluetooth system, obviously) or with a passenger, I will be sure to share my disdain.
