It was clearly a mistake. I was supposed to finish my course work and have an entirely different path, but I needed a car and met a manager at an Oldsmobile store who promised me a company car if I would take the right care of the customer. I was 20, and I've been helping match folks to cars ever since. The company car, Olds, and most of my hair are gone, but people still want a helpful ear when on the hunt for thier next ride. Since then I've been blessed with a lovely wife, 3 fantastic children, and a heap full of grace. We have a doberman named Piper we rescued Nov. of 2016, and are still involved with the rescue. We bounce from softball to wrestling to Special Olympics depending on which kid and what season. Customers ask all the time if I’m busy, and I assume they mean selling cars. There is an ebb and flow to how busy a showroom is, but with 3 kids we're always busy. We enjoy family, grilling, watching the kids grow and succeed, and occasionally making it to the lake.

Pulled into this dealership looking around at vehicles due to the fact my Ford Escape had been totaled and I needed a new vehicle. I saw the car I wanted and my husband said ok! Initially I went there to sell my car. I was approached By Jaylen in the lot. Jaylen’s open and friendly conversation drew me in. Ended up purchasing a decade old car from here. No push, n I was approached By Jaylen in the lot. Jaylen’s open and friendly conversation drew me in. Ended up purchasing a decade old car from here. No push, no sales tricks. He maintained a man to man conversation while maintaining the balance between customer and business benefit. It was a long day for me due to the number of available sales manager/s who can close the paperwork. I know and understand that you can never win if you buy an used car from a dealer. But I was more than happy to leave the lot with a smile on my face. And Jaylen was the main reason for that. He’s a fantastic young man who I can see grow and evolve in his career. The car I bought had its fair share of battle scars from 10 years of service. However, Abbey did a phenomenal job to bring back the glory. Service personnel are always forgotten. If you get a good deal for a car, sales department are the one to get that credit, but if there’s anything good in you car, it’s the service folks who made is happen. Thank you for what you do. More
