My experience with Carter was good up until the end when I found out that the vehicle only came with one key and that a second key was very expensive. I feel that the service department could not justify the price and it left a sour taste that I wasn't made aware of this significant expense during the sales process. I would work with Carter again to buy a car, but I'll take my repair and service business to Firestone. More
