My sales rep "Tim Slattery" was incredibly patient, friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the vehicles I was interested in seeing. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and it's amazing staff; from the Salesman (Tim), the Sales manager 'Aaron Lang", and finally the finance manager "Brain James" - This is what car buying should be - Thank you for making my 50th Birthday the best ever guys. I have purchased 13 new cars in the last 20yrs and this by far was the smoothest and best dealer experience ever. My salesman, Bob Adams, very nice and pleasant gentleman, asked us what were we looking for in a vehicle, and what price range did we feel comfortable at? He showed my husband and several cars, never hesitated in running back and fourth to get the keys for each vehicle. He gave us good advice and explained about the options we did want. Once we decided we sat down, negotiated back and fourth with the Sales Manager Aaron Lang, whom I have dealt with in every negotiation with our vehicle purchases. He will make sure you will leave there driving with what you came for. He worked hard to get us the highest trade value we were looking for, and succeeded in doing so. Even though I was "credit challenged" and basically was asking for the world for a penny, Rex Smiley my sales associate together with Aaron Lang the sales manager,treated me respectfully and never gave up until they handed me the keys to my new vehicle. Not only is my new Chrysler 200 a model year newer than the 2015 I went there to buy, I paid the same price as i had expected to pay for the 2015. If that want enough, Aaron managed to get an interrest rate for me that is incredible. Even JP, the man that handled our finance paperwork, was straightforward and wonderful. I now own a new 2016 for what I hoped to be able to finance a 2015 for per month.I never write reviews but these guys deserve some praise. More
