My sprinter went to the Georgetown shop on October 24, for recall work and a low rpm issue. I called a week later to check on progress since I hadn’t heard anything and was told it was only 4 day process. for recall work and a low rpm issue. I called a week later to check on progress since I hadn’t heard anything and was told it was only 4 day process. Aaron Lewis my contact told me the recall work was completed. And was working on getting the rest done. Fast forward 5 weeks with no word. I called Aaron and asked what the problem was and he told me he had to be honest that non of the work had even been started. This is after he told me work was already completed. He said there’s a discrepancy on a mileage issue. He could’ve reached out and told me that at week teo but he chose not to. I as upset that I was lied to and not given the chance to hear the truth and gone from there. I got my van back November 15th. I started the vehicle and heard rattling. I drove it and heard a loud thump and I immediately stopped. I realized they hadn’t secured the exhaust pipe back and the only holding it up was the axle. I called Aaron back and left a message to please call back and sent him a video of the dangling pipe but haven’t received a call back do this day. I also called the service director and left him a detailed message but never heard from him. Last year the manager Robert Diaz I believe is his name lied to me also about work done. It’s not been a good experience at all. Others that I know have had similar experiences. Get it together. I’ll never go back. Shame on you upper management for allowing this type of experience. More
