The service at Luther Brookdale Honda can't be beat! I knew roughly what I wanted when I walked in to the dealership, and the whole team was very attentive in helping me get it. Aaron answered all of my I knew roughly what I wanted when I walked in to the dealership, and the whole team was very attentive in helping me get it. Aaron answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable in helping me compare models and features. Then Kevin really worked some great magic in helping me finance the deal affordably. I truly felt valued and well taken care of from the time I walked in until I left with my new car, and their follow-up in the weeks since my purchase has been even better. I was told car would be filled up with gas and discover on way home was not. So called sakes person and was told I guess honest mistake and did not even offer anything till I sent second message stating sh on way home was not. So called sakes person and was told I guess honest mistake and did not even offer anything till I sent second message stating should be honored with that he said when you stop in or nearby you can get filled. We are about 1 hours and 15 minutes away and just don’t get there that often so thought could have at least offered a check for gas like $25? Disappointed and know as I am in sales that is what I would have done More

We had purchased our 2015 Honda Odyssey from Luther Brookdale in 2015. Since we had excellent service then we chose to return.
