Trade in experience is the worst I ever dealt with and never again will I trade in a car. The check was mailed without tracking or account number. They told walser with me on the phone they would back date interest but when I spoke with a higher up at bank they ignored that question. Now I am stuck paying interest and handling this on my own after the check cleared their account. Not happy. Also on first day dealt with a sales lady and she showed us a new car that was dirty and had spiders and webs on it. Never have been shown a dirty car before to test drive that was brand new and I bought plenty cars. Update to response: My issue wasn’t resolved by them I was billed interest an extra 9 days after the initial 10 days I paid for interest on my trade because they mailed a check instead of wiring it. Also instead of helping me call again once the check was cashed I was ignored and the bank put it on another account as they didn’t put my account number or my whole name to identify me. I am so glad I worked on it as I didn’t get help from them after it was cashed in their account. I got interest back to when they received the check again costing me my initial 10 days and the extra 9 days in interest. Just a stressful experience that it cost me extra time and money due to their errors and mailing the check to prolong it. No one followed up or anything either. More

Comfortable service center but I am in firm disbelief that the issue with my vehicle has been resolved. Twice it has been serviced for the windshield and after requesting to have it replaced, they did no that the issue with my vehicle has been resolved.
