Deeply Disappointed – Would Strongly Caution Others I purchased a vehicle here in July, and within weeks it began overheating. Despite their advertised comprehensive 240-point inspection and 30-day exchange policy, multiple repairs failed to fix the issue. Each time, I was told it was resolved — only for the same problem to return within days. Throughout this process, the dealership offered no loaner vehicle, leaving us scrambling for transportation for weeks. Once the 30-day window expired (after repeated failed repairs), they initially refused to help further. Only after I mentioned filing a complaint with the Attorney General did they reconsider — but even then, the replacement vehicle they offered was sold the same night we agreed to come in. Ultimately, I had to push for a refund, losing valuable time, wages, towing costs, and registration fees in the process. While I did get my money back for the vehicle itself, the experience was exhausting and frustrating. I would never recommend purchasing a vehicle here — their lack of accountability and customer care speaks volumes. More
