The car came with only one key fob, and we were told we could get one done by someone other than a Ford dealership, but unfortunately, Ford has not authorize the software for others to use. So if we want one, we have to pay close to $600 for an extra key fob. Unfortunately, Walter didn’t even bother to fill the gas tank, this would’ve only cost them less than $17 and made a better impression. They started with a really low offer for our trade-in vehicle, which was in better shape than the vehicle we traded in last year at Volkswagen of Inver Grove. At VW of IGH they started out with a reasonable trade-in value of $500, at Walser we had to keep asking them up there trade-in value For a drivable vehicle in good shape to get it up to $500. Walls are also installed an extra module to make the brake light flash, and then said it would take 30 minutes to take it out if we didn’t wanna pay for it. I thought it was a little dishonest the way they install it and don’t include it in the sale price as it is billed as an extra option. More
