Kept me there 4 hours it was like buying a time share, Tried to sell me a bunch of services i told them up front i didn't want. The used vehicle inspection was either not done of incompetent. Battery was dead had to be jumped twice. grill was broken. remote start doesn't work. They promised me an out the door price and then tried to add a bunch of fees and fake charges. pathetic. One was just plain a lie Iowa does not charge the dealer for licensing out of state. The sales lady was helpful and pleasant. It ended there ! And if you don't want trade ins just tell us. 7 k for my trade? I sold for $12,500 in 10 days just on Facebook. More
