Aaron brought warmth, personality, humanity, and best of all, no pressure to the process for us. He patiently let us do our due diligence in researching, test driving, comparing, brainstorming, etc to ensure we were able to make a solid and comfortable choice of how to proceed. He totally understood where we were coming from and our concerns, and helped us to navigate our way through the numerous options before us to arrive at the best fit for our needs and wishes in the new car. We can't say enough how much we appreciated that approach, especially given we had no plans originally on driving home that night in a new vehicle.
