After car shopping with my Mom for months, I brought her to Honda Cars, specifically to work with David Quach; he’s a great guy, and a man of integrity. And initially, we were a little bummed out that he wa to Honda Cars, specifically to work with David Quach; he’s a great guy, and a man of integrity. And initially, we were a little bummed out that he wasn’t in when we stopped by (we didn’t call ahead). What was awesome though, is that the salesperson who helped while out we waited, Efrain Gonzalez-Ortega, was just as warm and friendly; and did an EXCELLENT job with us! -And with his help, we found the perfect car for my Mom. Plus, in the FINANCE OFFICE, we were treated with such respect and dignity, it was almost uncanny. Typically, that’s where the gloves come off, and a dealership shows their true colors. But Cherlyn (I think I have her name correct) was GREAT! She took time to explain the different warranty options with both clarity and conviction; without trying to pressure us into spending extra money, or buy bogus add-ons.
