Most dealers didn't take me seriously, were condescending and pushy, and only spoke to my brother-in-law when he accompanied me instead of asking me for information. I cannot thank Randy Marion enough for their customer service, especially Carmen Chianese. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient (I asked him to test drive the car several times).
