I had gone to another Ford dealership and was extremely disappointed in how I was treated and looked at as thought I wasn’t good enough to do business with them. I then called Aaron at Veterans and explained my experience and situation with him and by weeks end, I was driving away in a new 2018 Ford Mustang. I asked my salesperson to check the car for any scratches or dings and to send me pictures before I made this long trip. Long story short the salesman said there were no scratched or dings and the car was like new. Unfortunately when I arrived and saw the car there was a major scratch on the front hood that someone has tried to fill in (poorly done) and several dings on the car. There was also major scratches on 2 rims from the previous owner rubbing against the curb. I Bought the car anyway because I had made the trip and liked the car overall but I really felt cheated by the sales rep. In addition, the manager never came out to thank me for my business. More
