Sale made easy because nothing was right. They made the sale easy, but knew i was a not knowledgeable about buying a car. Ite seemed all good till I found out the "certified vehicle" I boug They made the sale easy, but knew i was a not knowledgeable about buying a car. Ite seemed all good till I found out the "certified vehicle" I bought was not yoo to code and nothing that was wrong would be covered so basically tried to screw me out tire cost and future repairs. Here are the things I had to deal with: Did not have me verify insurance on vehicle before I left. Did not give me keys I had to come in and ask for them. Did not give me contact info for lender. Only the name. No floor mats or back cover in trunk. Tire tred was told is okay even after asking cause it looked low. CPO inspector at another FORD dealership said absolutely not... even for regular used car. (I told Aaron about the tred he assured me by his tech they are completely within CPO standards). Tires missing chunks and cracking in the tred. Lug nuts stripped and warn. Road side assistance almost couldn't remove the tire. (I got a screw on day two) Had to pull 2 lug nuts from other tires cause they were too stripped. Battery is covered with corrosion NOT CPO standards. Tire plugged NOT PATCHED (the one that got the screw) already had a plug in it. Not patched though just a plug. A plugged tire sold on a certified vehicle... Didn't even fill wiper fluid. Finally got in touch as i drove back to the dealership (almost an hour away) spoke with Lorenzo Who apparently is the owner. Never got to meet him, never seen my sales guy again, even though i tried to. They just referred me to Brian the service manager. He supposedly spoke with Lorenzo about getting the old worm down tires replaced. He gave cheapest tires possible said they can only offer generic even after the way they tried to rip me off. He was pretty stand off witty me about it too. Finally got them to put floor mats in while waiting for tires to be changed. No one would talk with me about it. I had you relay everything through the front desk. Floor mats don't even match, and size is too big in the back and end up bending. Waited 2 hours for tire change and they didn't cone get me that it was ready... More

Salesman answered all of our questions, reviewed features, and performance criteria. Had sufficient time during the test drive to check the operation and went through all the safety features and controls. Trade in was evaluated during the test drive and had estimate available upon our return. Pricing and trade value was fair and easily understandable, no hidden cost or fees. Finance/contract agreement was presented and discussed with clear answers. Overall one of the best vehicle purchase experienced we've ever had. More
