This car buying experience was an absolute nightmare. We put down a deposit on the car and when it showed up a month later, they attempted to sell us a different car (the VIN Numbers did not match). There were less features than what we agreed upon and they asked for the same price. Dealings were shady and the salesman was extremely unknowledgeable. We did end up purchasing a car, but he didn't even know where the spare tire was kept. Both the manger and the salesperson were very rude and did not want to work with us. We were there for SEVEN HOURS. Be advised, when they walk around to "check with the manager" someone is listening to your private conversation. A huge disappointment. More
