Thank goodness Austin had a sense of humor since he was dealing with two senior citizens. He was very patient and I’m sure spent too much time with us because we had so many questions. We both commented on what a pleasurable experience it was, unlike when we had to fight for a decent price 17 years ago when we bought our last car. Give the boy a raise. He earned it. More

First time buying a new car and was wary from previous experiences shopping. Austin was wonderful - dedicated, prompt, and upfront. Putting down a deposit on a car that had not yet arrived was worth it an experiences shopping. Austin was wonderful - dedicated, prompt, and upfront. Putting down a deposit on a car that had not yet arrived was worth it and I was pleasantly surprised when the vehicle arrived earlier than scheduled. When my bank delayed the process of approval while I was finishing up my purchase at the dealership, Austin and Beth (in finance) helped walk me through what was going on and stayed late on a Friday night to make sure that I still had all of my questions answered and was able to leave with my new car :) Thank you! More
