He gave us a price and then backed out on the price he communicated and when we challenged him, he said “well I didn’t give it to you in writing, so you don’t have anything”. We ended up buying another brand and did not buy Audi because of this one rude guy. Because we didn’t want to deal with this dealership for service later. More

Aaron was able to take me on a test drive in the closing hours of the dealership on Saturday without being upset that I wouldn't be purchasing that very night.. On Monday morning I called Aaron back to ask him a variety of questions about the vehicle which he answered very quickly. Within the same day, I decided I would commit to purchasing the vehicle and Aaron had it ready, clean, and with a full tank of gas for me as soon as I arrived at the dealership later that evening before the dealership closed. To highlight Aaron, he is the type of straight forward guy you want to deal with at a dealership, low pressure, honest, professional, and personable. I'm extremely happy with my preowned Audi Glacier White Metallic s5 I purchased and wont hesitate to send my friends & family to Audi Meadowlands in the future. More
