So Easy From our very first visit to this dealership in regards to purchasing a different vehicle through this most recent service visit they make the process From our very first visit to this dealership in regards to purchasing a different vehicle through this most recent service visit they make the process so easy. I had a drivetrain warning come up on my car Tuesday, they wanted to me to come in that day but it didn't work out. They made time for me the following day. They setup a text service so you get notified throughout the service, they email you the summary of what they did. They washed and vacuumed the car before I picked it up, didn't even ask for that. I never once feel pressured to complete any of the other options they recommend. I have worked with a couple of the people in service but mostly with Aaron and he is incredibly professional which is awesome. Now if we could just get BMW to go back to diesels, I might buy a new one. More

Therefore I also asked for my navigation to be updated. I was told they don’t have the time that day but they could schedule me for the next week although after sending my time availability I never received a call or text again.
