lack of communication normally i would give al packers five stars for the service they preform om my car,i bought my car at norris ford and will never take it there again f normally i would give al packers five stars for the service they preform om my car,i bought my car at norris ford and will never take it there again for them to just lay eye's on it.but this last time at al packer's i bought the paint shield and dent shield protection to the tune of $2010.00 i had to rent a car while they had it that was a big cost on top of the money for the service.they has my car for three day's and all they did was wash it real nice lol a $2000 wash job now that's a kick in the teeth.so paul the service called me and asked me to bring it back in so that it could be done right this time.so again i had to rent a car while they redid the paint shield at another cost that i had to eat,they never even offered a loaner or to pay for the rental.so my advice if you buy this product from them you better make sure the person you paid explains to the service department what needs to be done or they will have your car for six days and your gonna spend almost another $500 for a rental car out of your pocket. More

Generally early ser I needed a few items to complete the purchase of my 2018 F150 Platinum, these were scheduled on an early Saturday Morning at 7 AM. Generally early service appointments are met with late or tardy staff, disorganization, not the case with Al Packer Ford. I actually arrived 10 minutes early and I was greeted by Aaron Younger, they had my file and work order ready, I waited in a comfortable lounge and the work was professionally completed within 90 minutes to my complete satisfaction. Awesome Customer Service I had my car repaired at AlPacker body shop and was astonished at how efficient they were. I had a car accident (I hit a deer) and my insurance recomm I had my car repaired at AlPacker body shop and was astonished at how efficient they were. I had a car accident (I hit a deer) and my insurance recommended Al Packer. When I got there I made my self a complementary cup of coffee. I was unable to finish that cup of coffee because I was helped by a staff member who walked me out to the car for a preliminary check of the damages. The drop off process was less than 15 minutes. At the completion of the reapairs (I was called and kept informed of the progress) I went to pick up my car. Again I made my self a cup of coffee that I did not have time to drink (this is a good thing). A staff member (John) walked out to my car with me so that I could look over the car to make sure that I was satisfied and that took all of 10 minutes. A few days later, I noticed something and called AlPacker. They advised me to bring my car back. When I arrived, I again made myself a cup of coffee that I had no time to drink because a staffer fixed the issue within minutes and I was on my way home. I'm sorry that I dont remember the staff member's name but he was very knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. AlPacker has amazing customer service. More
