Excellent vehicle. Good price. Friendly dealership. Bought this Raptor through Arnold Silverman. Brand new. Good price. I had an additional accessory added. A hard cover for open bed on the F-150. From the time I ordered the car, via Paypal deposit to the time picking it up, was 36 hours. In less than a day, the car was polished, wheels got armorall, tanked up with gas, I was on the road. This is just the beginning of the story. The very next AM, I looked under the hood. To my amazement was a vacuum line/hose was eaten by a varmint. Apparently a squirrel had dinner under my hood. On a Sunday, I contacted the salesman who immediately responded. He said he would make it right. The service department went to bat, and paid for the repair at a New York Ford Dealer. The tonneau cover was installed nicely. The auto detailing was amazing. The salesman was good but the service department preps the vehicle and installs the accessories. Job well done. Thank you Tony McDowell. Also thanking Aaron Younger for assisting in the out of state repair. More

I pulled the trigger and bought the car with minimal Paypal deposit. The vehicle was ready the next day. I have decent credit rating. Paid on a saturday with personal check, banks closed, and not certified. Based on my credentials, it was a piece of cake. My wife and I drove down from NYC and drove the Raptor back in my convoy. The next day, I checked the engine thoroughly and found an obscure vacuum line controlling the 4WD, severed? Upon closer look it was gnawed by likely a squirrel. Although it was Sunday, I called Arnold and he called me back. He hooked me up with Aaron Younger in service who volunteered to pay for the repair, even though warranty does not cover acts of god. Brought the Raptor to Tower Ford in Great Neck NY, they ordered the part, and gave us a loaner car. They inspected and road tested the vehicle. Thank you Arnold and Aaron. The staff was friendly, showroom modern and clean. Lot outside looked like they had 500 cars and sooooo many trucks. Salesman and service really felt bad about my situation and stepped up to the plate. PS: Car was waxed and polished with armour all on the wheels. Boy, the car radiated that day. David More
