Lindsey was a savior! I gave this rating to Lindsey Harper and Aatir Barlas. They were very helpful and knowledgable in understanding and finding the car for me. However I gave this rating to Lindsey Harper and Aatir Barlas. They were very helpful and knowledgable in understanding and finding the car for me. However, I did not have a good experience negotiating price with Michael, Nick, and Clay. This was my third attempt at buying a car. My husband and I did not match up with Michael at all, and struggled to work with him. Our first attempt with Michael fell through. My husband is not able to spend time at a car dealer all day trying to buy a car. He own's his own business and is always busy. Therefore, I went back with the intention to work with Clay or Nick on the Costco price by myself. That did not happen. I still had to work with Michael. Finally, Lindsey was given the chance to work with me and did a fantastic job listening and helping me find the car I wanted. Even though I had to continue negotiating with Michael and Nick, Lindsey made it much easier. I never did agree on a price. I left, called my husband and said I quit. He then went in and got the price that I was asking for in the first place. I spent 6 months trying to buy a car. Two days test driving, researching, and learning the different cars. The final day, I spent 6 hours at the dealer finding a car and negotiating a price. I really don't like buying cars and don't ever want to have to do it again. Negotiating is very painful/stressful and shouldn't have to be a part of buying a car. Prices should be fair. Not everybody has the time or ability to negotiate the price of a car. More

Best BMW dealer in the tri-state area!! This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. But they were totally the opposit This is my first BMW purchase/lease. I thought they would be a little snobby like some of the Mercedes dealerships. But they were totally the opposite. Jo Carter(sales person) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She spent at least a couple of days with me to make our experience with BMW a pleasant one. From start to finish is was as if I bought a 7series but in reality I bought a 3 series. Like they say "there is no such thing as the cheaper BMW" . They are all great vehicles. I will definitely be purchasing future BMWs from BMW of Cincinnati North. More

My husband brings his car to JS for servicing and is very impressed with the quality of service and with Jeff Page, his service representative. In regards to my leasing a new vehicle, superb service from the get-go. They treat new business like an existing customer and can't bend over backwards enough to ensure they understand what you want and go the extra mile to ensure you get it. My husband and I are super picky about any service provider, and we can't say enough good things about the folks at Jake Sweeney. What especially impresses us is, the customer-first approach doesn't stop once you drive off the lot. The continuation of service and meeting your needs exceeds expectations. Everyone we came into contact with is wonderful and so service-oriented. Clay Moorhead was very helpful in getting the sales process started. Jonathan Miller made completing the paperwork an easy and understandable process. Aatir was very helpful in explaining the overview of functionality on the day we picked up the car. This may as well be renamed the "M" dealership!!! This is a fantastic dealership. All sales people are friendly and welcoming. A special shout out to Clay Moorhead and Aatir Barlas for taking care of my order and making my BMW experience top notch. the car came in as ordered and the team were kind enough to take some nice pictures/videos of us as the car was being handed over to us. As Clay would put it, It's been a Claytastic experience. Clay also made sure the lease experience was seamless from collecting the necessary paperwork to securing the best deal possible. Aatir went out of his way to prepare custom winter tires even during his sick leave period. This is customer service at its best I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's going for BMW in the region. in fact, even if you were not considering a BMW, you should go check it out because you may change your mind. Their show room looks like the Avengers! you will drown in M3s/M4s/M5s/M6s/GTSs/i8s and Alpinas (just in case you're too picky). Go for it guys and enjoy! Hachim More

This was my first ///M Car order and only my second BMW, and Aatir Barlas and the team at BMW of Cincinnati North are to be commended for a great experience thus far. The entire experience has been low stress and very low-key, and I appreciated Aatir's no-pressure approach. He is a true enthusiast who really knows the brand and has a keen interest in the ///M cars. His extra training and knowledge in the M brand is phenomenal. From the very beginning, Aatir treated me with respect, even as an out of town customer. He afforded me several hours of his time and took me for several extensive test drives of several vehicles (including a new M3) right off the lot. He allowed me the time I needed to research and compare the vehicles before putting in my order for a new 2016 M4. While I consider myself a knowledgeable consumer, he expertly advised me along the way regarding key features and options to consider. He always allowed me the time I needed to arrive at a good decision and he made the process very relaxing and, dare I say, fun! He did not pressure me into things that I didn't need and was very non-biased. I also appreciated his honesty in price and negotiation; after a few e-mails and phone calls, he met me half-way and we arrived at a great deal. He also kept me informed diligently along the way as the car moved into production, shipping and delivery, and I enjoyed that he sent me screen shots of the car's progress from the online system-- this was a nice touch. He even sent me pics of the vehicle on the day it arrived. He worked hard to secure me the best incentives and lease terms from BMW and made certain that my order was delivered to my specifications. The delivery day was also fantastic; the car was nicely detailed and had a beautiful shine. Aatir gave me pretty much his entire afternoon to allow me to take pics of the car, sign paperwork, and admire the car in their beautiful delivery area which is aside from the main showroom and a very nice touch. He then took me on another personalized ride in the new vehicle to demonstrate some of the ///M features and made sure I had a good understanding of the car's capabilities, again providing helpful tips along the way. He has continued to follow-up beyond the purchase and has offered tremendous support and customer service. The level of attention to detail has been unmatched and was by far one of the most pleasant car purchasing experiences thus far! I can't say enough about the impression that Aatir and in-turn this dealership has left with me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasurable and memorable car ordering and purchasing experience, and especially if you're looking for a true ///M car enthusiast like Aatir who can make your experience one of a kind! An excellent experience from start to 8,300 rpm I found the perfect car at BMW of Cincinnati. I live in New Jersey so this was no short trip, but thanks to the awesome staff at BMW of Cincinnati I I found the perfect car at BMW of Cincinnati. I live in New Jersey so this was no short trip, but thanks to the awesome staff at BMW of Cincinnati I was able to get all the information I needed before my trip. Aatir went above and beyond from the start, even picking me up from the airport! His passion and knowledge of ///M cars made me comfortable in the decision to purchase this amazing car. The dealership was clean and welcoming, and I can't recommend them enough. If you are looking to purchase a BMW, you simply can't find a better experience. More

Micheal N was my salesperson and I really felt like a family to him, the way he received us and help that he offered and detailing car features. I wish there I could give 10 stars to Jake Sweeney, the car buying experience was so royal and I would buy my next BMW here, whereever I am. All of the BMW fans in US, whether you are in west coast or east coast, it's worth buying BMW from here, you will realize when you buy from them and I'm sure you will write much more than what I mentioned here.....
