Jason Maudlin was my client advisor and made my dreams come true by working diligently on finding me exactly the car build I was looking for within the price range I was willing to pay. Can’t say enough positive things about his dedication and follow through to ensure my buying experience was pleasurable and not frustrating. After Jason got me the deal I wanted, Tony Heitz made the transaction smooth like butter, and we had a great time talking to him while signing the paperwork! Our original purpose of visiting the store was to look at an exterior color of an X5 35i we were considering purchasing out of state. We left a couple of hours later with a fully loaded X5 50i, at a fantastic purchase price! The purchase was solely based on our needs and wants, not for a single moment did we ever feel we were being sold. In addition to these critical factors, the customer service is dynamite, the facility is attractive, and the accommodations are top notch. We visited every BMW store in Cincy and Dayton plus a hand full of other luxury car stores, BMW of Cincinnati North is in an elite class of their own. More

Third Purchase- Exceeded Expectations Again! New and refreshing sales model that left me feeling satisfied once again. I have always disliked the go-between with me, the salesman and the GM that you typically deal with when buying a car. During my last two car deals with BMW North I was able to work directly with Shujaat and Norm to put a very fair deal together. I also enjoyed having a dedicated technician ride along during the test drive to answer questions as opposed to having a salesman ride along. Thumbs up to Shujaat Siddiqui, Michael Naveh, Norm Dexter and Chris Lykins. More

I was undecided about trading in my car when I went in, and he patiently set up test drives with a couple different models and made sure I understood the technology available for each. When I finally made a decision, I ended up leasing instead of buying, bought a different car than the one I had originally intended, and Clay dealt with all of these changes with a smile. I purposely went back to the dealership to work with him, as I knew I would be treated fairly and it would be a great experience. More

Customer Service is a #1 Priority I am currently driving my third new BMW bought from the same salesperson at this dealership, and am planning to buy my fourth. That’s how satisfied I I am currently driving my third new BMW bought from the same salesperson at this dealership, and am planning to buy my fourth. That’s how satisfied I am with the Sales Department. I have had, however, several problems with the Service Department. Once the Service Advisor to which I was assigned not only forgot that I was waiting on my car, but when I finally found another Service Advisor to retrieve my car, it was dirty (including a black greasy handprint on light leather seats). Later, I had to inquire what had been done to my car, including whether recall work had been performed. The Dealer Manager did follow-up with me after this appointment, and I have confidence that the problem was resolved. This was disheartening, because my other Service appointments have been very professional and complete. More

Thank you Clay....And BMW Of Cincinnati My wife and I made the 5 1/2 hour drive from Southwest Michigan to trade in her M6 Convertible on a 2017 640 XI Convertible and walked out leasing tha My wife and I made the 5 1/2 hour drive from Southwest Michigan to trade in her M6 Convertible on a 2017 640 XI Convertible and walked out leasing that along with a BMW M760 XI....Thanks to Clay Moorhead of BMW Of Cincinnati for doing such a great job with us before the sale, during the process and most importantly, after the purchase....It took a lot to get us to drive from Michigan to Ohio to lease a car, but, Clay and BMW Of Cincinnati certainly made the trip worthwhile.
