I did not remember his name, so I just walked in and asked to talk to someone. Whe he noticed we were talking to Steve, it got very very awkward to the point my fiance wanted to leave and go look at a different car. Our salesman was fine through the end of the transaction, but at the beginning his unprofeasionalism was completely unacceptable. More
