Go see Abbi I took my parents into Capital Ford Regina to look at a few vehicles I had picked out to look at for my wife and I, during this process we were workin I took my parents into Capital Ford Regina to look at a few vehicles I had picked out to look at for my wife and I, during this process we were working with Abbi. He was super helpful. He grabbed me a few different vehicles to look over and test drive, but I wasn’t 100% set on anything. They had a 2017 King Ranch on their lot and my parents took it for a test drive, Abbi had no problem showing them a vehicle as well as me. He worked with us for a few hours. Stayed late to help them. My parents ended up buying it, so Abbi drove it 3 hours to drop it off for him. Then the next weekend we drove all the back up to look at a few more options Abbi had found for me. So after test driving them, we found our new truck. We left there with a 2018 F150. If you’re in Regina go see Abbi at Capital Ford Regina. More

Great Service! I visited Capital for my first oil change and tire change over the other day. My salesman escorted me to introduce me to the service person to ensure I visited Capital for my first oil change and tire change over the other day. My salesman escorted me to introduce me to the service person to ensure I was looked after. Once there, the service person was professional and accommodating to me and my needs, It was a stormy day and the pick up service was on time and got me back to the dealership safe and sound. A struggle Sales manager ( NOT Abbie) got heated with us when discussing trade in prices. I dropped off my suv for the deatailing, splash gaurd’s and full tank o Sales manager ( NOT Abbie) got heated with us when discussing trade in prices. I dropped off my suv for the deatailing, splash gaurd’s and full tank of gas At 730am when I picked up at 500pm NOTHING was done so my suv had to go in AGAIN the next day. Abbie blamed that it was his day off that’s why nothing was done. We were possibly going to buy a truck as well but NOT from this FORD! As far as the trade in as well I had 2.5 years of extra warranty left sales manager not Abbie told us it would go into my suv. Jilles finance guy tried to fix it but what’s done is done so I basically gave you free stuff ! I’m NOT impressed! More
