After water pump went out while traveling back to Memphis, Sweeney was the only dealership who would even take a look at vehicle. This occurred after 5PM. I arrived approximately 15 to 20 minutes b Memphis, Sweeney was the only dealership who would even take a look at vehicle. This occurred after 5PM. I arrived approximately 15 to 20 minutes before close and a diagnostic was done. The dealership determined the vehicle was not driiveable. We would be spending the night in Canton. After I determined Uber was not even available in Canton, we were told not too worry, The service advisor had a ride lined up to take us to hotel of choice. Vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup the following day by mid afternoon. Once again a driver was sent to pickup wife and from hotel. These were some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at any dealership. Service and hospitality was way above and beyond. More
