Exceptional Customer Service I began my conversation with Ajah via email. She was professional and responsive. I had been going to many other dealerships, debating to lease or buy I began my conversation with Ajah via email. She was professional and responsive. I had been going to many other dealerships, debating to lease or buy pre-owned. Frustrated from experiences elsewhere, a family member recommended BMW. After a quick email exchange with Ajah, I made a visit to Herb Chambers where I was handed over to Abdou. While the car I was originally interested in sold right before my eyes, Abdou was kind and patient and assured me that we'd find a car in my price range. I felt calm and trusted Abdou right away because he was honest and transparent, but never made me feel like I wouldn't eventually be a BMW owner even though I thought it was a pipe dream. An hour after I left the dealership, Abdou called me and got permission to lease a previous year vehicle to me and he assured me it was in my price range. The rest is history! Couldn't have been a more seamless process in what is usually a dreaded experience. More

James is the worest worker there Look Guys, I called one day asking about service, and someone called James took my call and was talking to me as I'm not a customer. He was say to me Sir you can't bit a house over the phone and when I started to answer , he said sir let me talk, then I lost my tamper and I raised my voice saying, Noooooo. I'm the customer, I'm calling to listen to my issue and try to solve it....it seemed like he didn't have the minimum skilss of customer service. I really like the sales guys and the general manager there. All of them are great except this guy, I don't know what problem he has. More

Outstanding Service and Customer Satisfaction I leased a vehicle from Abdou Merheb and have dealt with many dealers before. The entire team at Herb Chambers were phenomenal and I wanted to applau I leased a vehicle from Abdou Merheb and have dealt with many dealers before. The entire team at Herb Chambers were phenomenal and I wanted to applaud them on the professional, courteous and caring customer service they provided. Melissa, the General Manager was very helpful in making a stressful situation as convenient as possible by working with my schedule and accommodating my request to get some figures and specs before having to come to the dealer location. Her flexibility was helpful due to the circumstances and she expeditiously engaged the appropriate team members to help purchase/lease my next vehicle. Her overall demeanor and understanding in our call gave me the assurances that she was willing to work with me. The sales representative, Abdou Merheb, was primarily concerned with helping me find the best vehicle and ensuring that I was happy on all aspects of the deal. He was friendly, personable and kind which makes a big difference, and only concerned with my satisfaction. He was very responsive via email and phone when called upon and made arrangements to ensure my comfort (i.e. requesting a BMW representative to take me home rather than allow me to pay for an Uber). Giovanni, the General Sales Manager ensured that the deal Abdou was presenting me was made a reality. He was cordial and ensured that the transaction at this BMW dealership went beyond the dollars and cents to more about the customer and their satisfaction. The entire team - from those that greeted me (Jano) to the technical adviser that drove me home (Mark) were very hospitable. The sign of a truly prosperous and successful organization is one that prides itself in treating people with kindness, respect and fairness. Such actions create loyalty and continuous referral to both ensure and promote a noteworthy reputation. I congratulate and applaud this dealership and team on delivering excellent service. Thank you. Abdou makes it easy!! Abdou just sold our family our fifth BMW in 6 yrs. We happen to be riding by and stopped by with no appointment. Within in minutes he had the perfect Abdou just sold our family our fifth BMW in 6 yrs. We happen to be riding by and stopped by with no appointment. Within in minutes he had the perfect car with a great deal . He worked on our schedule and met our terms. I actually broker car deals for my media clients so I am well versed in the process. He exceeds all expectations and you leave feeling completely satisfied. A true gentleman!! More

During the entire time my experience had been great, especially when it comes to the service department advisor Matt Baker, he always seem to go above and beyond my expectations. He is a tremendous asset to this company, he has great communicating skills and never leaves his customers waiting for an answer about their vehicle or what service is being done. I always feel great walking through the door and see his face because i know i am in good hands. If i had a business this is the type of Man i would love to have there for my customers. Thanks Matt Baker for all you have done!!! More
