Having car shopped just five years ago, we'd seen our share of Sales Reps with low integrity saying or doing anything for a deal. When we came to Superior we were greeted by Abdul who was so friendly and you could tell he was honest and ethical immediately. He was there to talk to us and help us out whether we left the dealership with a vehicle or not. When he knew we were exploring buying a van, his eyes lit up and he began telling us stories about his own family and van owners. He was just about to show us a new model when he paused for a moment to talk about our budget. As soon as he knew what we were looking to spend, he didn't waste our time showing us things we couldn't afford - he took us straight to some fabulous pre-owned Honda Odysseys and talked us through the features, differences, and things to consider as parents with 4 children. We looked at several vans and he offered to let us test drive our favorite. We knew it was the van for us. The price was comparable to what we had researched. Although he couldn't give us the exact trade in value we wanted for our other vehicle, he still met us a lot closer than the prior dealership. He walked us through the perks of "certified pre-owned" and gave us time to think things through. Ultimately we decided to pursue purchasing the van and then came an even better part - in the finance application, the gentleman who gave us the interest rates also provided interest information with two additional credit unions/banks AND allowed us to look at what the options would be for various loan terms so we could pick a loan term and corresponding payment that was best for us. The entire time we were there, we felt like they actually cared about us, like they were honest fellow parents themselves and excited to welcome us to the Honda-owners club! TOTALLY RECOMMEND! More
