I was referred to Abdul Sultonov by a family member. Abdul was very courteous and knowledgeable on what I was looking for. Abdul S. was my salesman for the 2nd time. I switched from a CRV to HRV. Abdul helped with all the ins and outs of my car. Helped me set up the "apps". I was hesitant at first with all the new compute from a CRV to HRV. Abdul helped with all the ins and outs of my car. Helped me set up the "apps". I recently purchased a 2008 CR-V with about 122K miles on it. Although I was able to get this vehicle for a fair price, I was very disappointed with the salesman who I purchased the vehicle through. Here are it. Although I was able to get this vehicle for a fair price, I was very disappointed with the salesman who I purchased the vehicle through. Here are the issues I experienced: 1. When purchasing the vehicle I felt as though Abdul was directly making more eye contact and giving my father more attention than to me (the 21 year old college girl who specifically told him over and over I was independently purchasing the vehicle without any financial support from my parents). He was constantly joking around with my father and it seemed like he was more concerned about his opinion rather than the girl who was actually going to make the purchase 2. Abdul said I was guaranteed free servicing for 1 year after my purchase of the CR-V. He said when I purchased the vehicle that he would make sure the car was safe to drive and the car would be like brand new. The only thing he fixed with the vehicle was the paint job and head lights. I specifically told him the steering wheel was shaking, there was a MOUSE in the car after 2 days of owning it, the windshield wipers were old, and the radio antenna was missing so the radio didn't work. 3. When I went to drive 2 hours back to Omaha to pick up my car from the "servicing" that was done on the car, only the paint job was done and the headlights. Abdul had the audacity to tell me to go buy an antenna and put it on myself. He said they didn't have any antennas in the service department for me. He never once fixed the shaking steering wheel. I 110% felt taken advantage of because my father wasn't there when I picked up my car back up. 4. I went to the servicing department behind his back and asked them to fix my vehicle and showed them the video of my steering wheel. They shook their head in complete embarrassment. The service department ended up taking my car back into the shop and completed the following: - installed new brakes because they were shaking so bad - balanced the tires - completed an alignment job - put on a brand new antenna for the radio **I was so thankful for the service department for doing all of this for FREE. They are the ONLY reason why I would ever do business with Superior Honda of Omaha again*** I thought it was funny when Adbul sent me a letter saying he would give me $50 check if I referred someone to him to purchase a vehicle. As a young, independent, college girl, I would do anything to convince my friends and family to never do business with him again unless they are a guy. If you're an independent woman trying to purchase a vehicle, don't waste your time and money going through him- this experience has been nothing but a headache. ***The service department, however, is one of the BEST service departments ever*** The service department truly cares about their customer's well-being and makes sure they are taken care of. 10/10 for the service department. More
