Cruze(ing) happily! After looking at the expansive selection of used Chevrolet Cruze automobiles online, I went to Imperial Chevrolet to take an initial look (and test dr After looking at the expansive selection of used Chevrolet Cruze automobiles online, I went to Imperial Chevrolet to take an initial look (and test drive) prior to bringing my daughter to do the same. I chose to come to Imperial Chevrolet because I had previously had two old cars serviced honestly and accurately at the dealership. I arrived at the dealership on a busy day without and appointment and waited only a few minutes before being professionally greeted by JD. JD was very attentive to the car I was looking for and to the specifications (including price range) that I was searching for. I drove two cars on the lot that afternoon and told JD that I would return with my daughter later in the week. Having just begun a new job after graduating college, my daughter was only able to come to the dealership on a day when JD was not working. I contacted JD by text message and he told me to go to Imperial anyway and that someone else would help us once we arrived. We arrived at Imperial and we were cheerfully greeted by Crystal. Crystal was also attentive to our requests and was in contact with JD via text throughout our visit. On the lot was a Cruze that had not been on the lot when I had previously visited, so that is the Cruze that my daughter took for a test drive. With the assistance of manager David Boratyn, Crystal (and JD), my daughter was able to make a deal for the Cruze that she test drove. As my daughter wanted to make the purchase of the automobile on her own, Ahmad patiently took the time to find the best financing option for my daughter and to explain everything to her even though it was late in the evening and close to closing time. I will be the first to admit that this mom is a pretty tough customer yet everyone, JD, Crystal, Dave, and Ahmad, was professional and patient making for a fantastic overall purchasing experience at Imperial Chevrolet. More

He then had me work with J.D. the saleman. What a great Guy!! So very patient with me. I choose my car. (after changing my mind a few time, which didn't bother him a bit). Then I did the financial end with David. Again I cannot express the fact how wonderful he was to me. I was purchasing this by myself, and was nervous. He made the experience flawless. Everyone I worked with was so so nice to me. I also had a few chuckles with another salesman, Sam about my License plate...
