Online and over the phone communication is HORRIBLE! ! Don’t expect any requests of photos or even a simple phone call back!! 9-27-24 Husband flew out there via appointment with “Corey”. They raised the price $2,000 online while husband on the plane. He arrives via Uber and nobody knew of a “Corey”….. Daniel ended up helping him. They come back with and additional almost $4,000 on top of the $2,000 for miscellaneous transportation and detail fees. My husband asks why and they said they know nothing about the lower price but will kick off transport fees if we finance thru the dealership! ABSOLUTELY SHADY FOR THEIR KICKBACKS!!! Nowhere is this anywhere in their advertisement!! Needless to say, my husband waked out and flew back to Washington tonight!! SCAMMERS!!! More

We made an appointment and drove 2 hours to buy a truck. We test drove the truck, then came back to discuss numbers. We waited almost half an hour for the salesman to return with estimates. As we waited, a father and son shared their frustration of how they’ve been waiting so long and the dealership lost the car they came to see. Not a good sign that multiple customers are waiting extensive times and openly discussing it. Once the salesman returned, the price had $4k of fees added, and offered $4k lower for trade in price than what KBB shows as the low end. We pushed back on the numbers, and the salesman was able to adjust things but not much. When we decided we were not going to deal, they still had our keys from when they looked at our vehicles trade value. The salesman came back with the keys and the manager, who we later found out was the owner. The manager was very condescending, and acted like we were asking too much for a fair trade in value and not thousands of dollars in extra fees. We came to an agreed number, and the manager and salesman went back to an office to see if they could make it work. While they were gone, we heard a man yelling outside to the same father and son we were talking to earlier. The man yelled at a salesman and I went out to ask the father what he was saying. The father said that the man told the salesman he’s not paying $4k in extra fees, and that it’s not right to mark the price up and not deal fairly. I told the father we were dealing with the exact same thing inside. The manager and salesman returned and the manager continued to play hard ball. We stated we were going to leave and the manager said he could do our number and continued to ask why we couldn’t make it work. We told him that we shouldn’t have to leave for you to make a fair deal, and we don’t want to support a dealership that treats customers like this. We’ve purchased multiple cars at dealerships and have never been talked down to and jerked around as much as at Huntley Ford. More
