I had an absolutely dreadful experience with this dealership, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid them at all costs. The entire process was a complete bait-and-switch from start to finish. I was trying to buy a car from out of state, and they consistently refused to give me a clear price over the phone. They repeatedly insisted that I come into the dealership, which was impossible for me due to my location. To try and make progress, I sent one of my best friends to the dealership on my behalf. Shockingly, even when he arrived in person, they still refused to provide a straight answer about the price. It became abundantly clear that their goal was to lure me into the dealership to eventually hit me with a slew of hidden fees, a tactic I’ve seen mentioned in numerous other reviews now that I look back. Adding insult to injury, I even spoke to a salesperson on the phone who assured me that my friend could come in and finalize the purchase on my behalf. However, when my friend arrived, they refused to honor this agreement and insisted that I had to be there in person. Their behavior was nothing short of unprofessional. They showed no genuine interest in selling the car but seemed more focused on wasting my time and making the process as miserable as possible. If I could leave a zero-star review, I absolutely would. This dealership and its salespeople are the epitome of untrustworthiness and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this place. More

Was looking at a car online and confirmed the availability of the vehicle almost ever other day until I was able to drive down since I live 2 hours out of state. Prior to getting on the road and heading down, I was affirmed that THE CAR WAS STILL ON THE LOT! Almost 2 hours later, I arrive for my appointment and to my surprise, the car sold 2 days before my arrival. I was told the CDK cyberattack was responsible for the mix up in inventory. Before leaving, I was shown a couple options way out of my explicitly disclosed budget of course. I'm giving a 1 star as the dealer knew what I was looking for/at, knew my budget, and most of all KNEW I was traveling a decent distance from out of state. In my opinion, the CDK outage excuse is weapons grade bullshhhhh given I asked for availability multiple times leading up to my arrival. Unfortunately I can not recommend this dealer. More

I was watching the truck and it was on their lot for 3 months. Which would explain several price drops. Said a Honda was " Certified". Ford dealer cant certify a Honda. Ridgeline also has a recall which makes certification impossible. Another salesman physically threatened a customers's father. The customer was buying a Tesla and i overheard a price descrepancy of 4K. STAY AWAY More

They xx'd about some detailing that had to be done but ... hmmmm.. the things they needed had to be ordered. Weeks later nothing and they won't return calls. Items missing from the car that I feel they took and used for another car or sold for parts. I have purchased a lot of cars and these people are the worst. I prefer Zimbrick and sad I didn't buy from them. They are on point for return customers. More
