Once I brought the car in he quickly said he would take care of everything, he even got me a loaner for the time I would be without my car so that I was not inconvenienced. Great staff and Excellent Management Went in to see a 2014 SantaFe Sport. Worked with Ray Romo who was excellent. He really made sure I was happy with the vehicle and was never pushy! We were introduced to the Manager Abel who was very helpful. Abel made sure everything went smoothly. Had a little confusion in finance office with warranty but Abel came in and got it fixed quickly. Misleading Information I took my SUV to Mcgrath Toyota to trade in with a Hyundai Elantra. They quoted me 2500$ less than what I was offered by Autonation , Toyota Butler an I took my SUV to Mcgrath Toyota to trade in with a Hyundai Elantra. They quoted me 2500$ less than what I was offered by Autonation , Toyota Butler and Don Ayres Honda. When I decided not to go ahead with the deal, they agreed to increase the tradein value by 3000 and that made me happy. THe elantra that they had a fixed price clearly mentioned in the website and so I accepted the trade in offer.As with all other dealership a documentation fee of 200 to 300$ is expected. The twist came when they increased from 16,000(initially quoted) to 19,000$ for my SUV but suddenly increased the price of elantra by an unbelievable wooping 2500$ bringing about some servicing charges. I do not recommend this dealership to anybody as the dealings are not very transparent. They are other dealers who are firm in price and dont play tricks and mislead the customer.Finally sold the car to Autonation for 18,500. More
