The whole crew at Acura of Salem made the car buying experience top notch. I called and Abel quickly became my new texting buddy - he delivered on his promises and kept me informed along the way. I wasn’t able to step away from work but Abel did not let that stop him. He had me send all the things needed to get it rolling by way of text and email. By noon he had an offer for me, and by 430 I was rolling off the lot in my brand new 2022 MDX ADVANCED PACKAGE. Chris in finance was speedy and friendly. Mike in management was welcoming and a joy to hang out with while I was waiting for them to wash the car down. Overall, it feels good to be back in the Acura family again and the team that supported me today has my business for the next car in 5 years :-) Well done - class act. More

After besting all offers of all Acura dealerships ON THE WEST COAST, we soon realized that beyond the best price, Acura of Salem is completely in a class all its own. Abel Cardona and Acura of Salem GM Mike Harder, were with touch often and answered any and all questions we had. Their straight forward honesty and trust was exceptional. I purchased the vehicle for my wife on Monday and made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday. The car was fully prepped and we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour.
