The car I bought check engine light came on as soon as I left the lot. Was told to drive it for a day it should go off. Brought the car back asap within 20 min of leaving. They was only promised a free oil change and a second key to the car I should have gotten regardless from a well known dealer. The manager was rude and stand offish the entire time only helped me once with finance company due to in store deal being way off from my online quote. Only good thing about this place was my salesman who went above a d beyond to try and fix all the issues. More

I was very dissatisfied with the negotiation and sales process of the vehicle. I had negotiated a price over the phone. However when I came in to make the down payment the price was $500 more. A $495 charge for silent security was not pointed out, so watch out for that. When I had the opportunity to test drive the car for the first time, my sales associate, Abhi, was not knowledgeable about the car's safety features. The process of purchasing the car took a long time partly because I had been pre-approved for a loan. When I came to make the purchase I was told I did not need to lift my credit freeze since I had already been pre-approved, only to have to go through the process of lifting it a second time. I would not recommend this dealership. More

We liked the "Express Buying" option at Ideal Hyundai. The only issue was that the original car we reserved was never delivered from the manufacturer, but Abhi and Ideal Hyundai made it right, offered us the exact model for 2024 with no upcharge and honored our trade-in value. We didn't get the car for at least 2 months but it was worth the wait. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, incl. Bill Duque the Finance Director that finalized the sale. Thank you! I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for honest, fair car salesmen. More
