Overall experience was good but dealt with Mr Soileman was found bitter. While executing the loan documents it was told us about the requirement of GAP Insurance of vehicle only which we accepted but cost was found bitter. While executing the loan documents it was told us about the requirement of GAP Insurance of vehicle only which we accepted but cost $3605 of Triton Protect as additional protection plan of vehicle was not informed. We executed document in trust but later noticed this issue after 3 days of purchasing vehicle where we revealed our strong dissatisfaction by visiting the dealer against got the commitment that they will refund this cost after repaying first installment of vehicle loan. Formal mail was also sent for the refund. More

We had an amazing experience with Ideal in Frederick. We said we'd head their way and they had the car pulled up and ready for us to test drive. They gave us space to test drive and discuss without any pressure at all. They also had full transparency about pricing and what was optional. Lastly, they did not try to rope is into financing instead of paying cash, which was a huge difference in other cars we've purchased recently. 10/10, would recommend and will be returning for our next car purchase.
