Left the dealer and went to lunch, read owners manual and reset myself. 3) tittle was promised to be delivered by Thursday, now Saturday and no sign of tittle. 4) got home and found the second key fob non functional. Called to ask if it was possible that we received a key from the wrong car, which case they had another car with a non functional key , never even got a call . Great first Jeep purchase experience I shopped around for months trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and when I finally made my decision, everyone who I dealt with at NorthPoint w I shopped around for months trying to figure out exactly what I wanted, and when I finally made my decision, everyone who I dealt with at NorthPoint were great as I purchased my first ever Jeep. Johnny helped me out with my first test drive at the beginning of my search, Sam helped me when I popped back in with a couple of quick questions about the vehicle, Abigail was big help when I checked back in to see if North Point would beat a lower price that I had received from another dealership, and when I came in to work on a couple of final issues, Eric gave me an honest assessment of my options and I walked away confident that I had made the best possible deal. Robert did an excellent job of bringing the deal across the goal line, and then went above and beyond in addressing a couple of minor issues with the vehicle after I signed the paperwork. The entire North Point team made this a great buying experience. More

2018 Dodge RAM 1500 Sport Crew Purchase A great overall Sales Experience....it started with seeing a large advertised Dealer discount off the MSRP on North Point Dodge's website on a truck I A great overall Sales Experience....it started with seeing a large advertised Dealer discount off the MSRP on North Point Dodge's website on a truck I was interested in...after talking with both Tesla and Abigail on the Internet Sales team and negotiating a final sales price, it did not take any arm wrestling to convince me to purchase a great looking Dodge RAM from them...I had been in discussions with 2 other Dodge Dealerships in SC for a similar truck, but they could not touch North Point's offer, including my trade....it was worth a 250 mile trip from North GA to Winston Salem...Picking up my truck was also very smooth, with no additional pressure from the Finance Mgr Johnny Allison, for add on's to the sales contract...Sam Morgan ensured the truck was ready to go and helped us with understanding the electronic options on the truck....thx again for putting me in a sharp looking Sport Crew Cab....Max B. Efficient, honest and responsive without pressure I had been working with local dealers who were slow to respond, too busy....."will get answer tomorrow" or fail to call back when promised. Searching Internet I found North Point CJD with impressive invory of model I was searching in my area 2.5 hours away in Virginia. After my request I quickly received email and phone call regarding my request. There was absolutely no pressure and actually felt next steps were dictated by me. Once model and color were confirmed in inventory I mentioned I may drive down Saturday. Allie was my initial contact and wonderful to deal with. She pulled keys and saw that car was ready for test drive Saturday. My trip was actually tied to another commitment in Greensboro so I honestly had no intention of doing more than a test drive. Other than confirmation call Saturday while driving from Virginia to dealership I had zero pressure and enjoyed taking lead on communications. Once at dealer I was immediately met by Johnny Simmons who had keys and car ready for test drive. Everyone in the dealer I met was extremely nice and available whether dealing directly with me or not. The first thing I noticed after just a few minutes, only to be confirmed after more time, was the overall mood of all employees or should I say family. well, after it was pointed out to me that one person in particular I had spent some time having a conversation with was the owner. I am naturally cautious and guarded but very much at ease with Jeff(?) what can I say other than it was almost calming in speaking with the owner and impressive he was there on a Saturday covering the teams breaks. After being "wowed" with feeling of sincere honesty and being treated with respect the entire visit I knew this is who I wanted to purchase from. I ended up purchasing my new vehicle after daily research for months and with the most favorable price to me. My only regret is not finding North Point sooner and that they are not closer for their service department because I have no doubt that service would reflect sales experience because it is "the people" More
