This is our second car at this dealership and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was so nice especially our sale guy Luis! Mr. Henry did so.ething special that 50 other car salesmen did not do. He listened to what I was looking for, reviewed the inventory he had access to and sought the exact model that met my needs. Big shout out to Steve, Jerome, and Abigail from Daytona Kia. We originally bought our Telluride with Steve, had a good experience. We ended up having some issues with the vehicle that service could not fix Kia. We originally bought our Telluride with Steve, had a good experience. We ended up having some issues with the vehicle that service could not fix. Jerome the GM was able to help us find a solution and made it right. Great customer service. Abigail followed up with us when we couldn’t set up some of the Kia Connect that day and talked us through set up from home. Even though this dealership isn’t local to us, we will return for service thanks to the great care they showed us. If you are in the market for a car ask for Steve! Thank you Daytona Kia. More

Louis is a very good help. He always tried to make sure that I was given the best deal possible. He is a great cheerful salesperson, who always tries his best. And Abbie is a very nice, intelligent helpful young lady who showed me the ropes during the car buying process. She showed me how to do the orientation. I could not finish it on my own due to computer issues at home or at the library. But, everything else was a set and go. I did not go to service, but that was no problem. It was raining and I could not do it that day. But, it was a go and everything was already taken care of already. Nice work and Keep the great job. Also, I believe that the Lord will be faithful to me once again. And, I will get back my blue background dashboard again. The color and background is good for healing. I must I may have or may not have been driving. But I had the car for 2 or 3 days. And I saw dust on the screen and I wiped the dust off with my hand a little bit. I had a ring on, but it did not scratch the screen. At the same time I touched an button on the screen and the aura of the screen panel got knocked off or out (or something). I have not seen the nice healing blue background and panel since. I would like service department to do or program that for me, again. I claim it in Jesus name. Fantastic people and facility. Good selection of KIAs. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. All of my questions were answered right away. Dino was a pleasure to work with; he made sure that we saw the type of vehicle we wanted without wasting our time. Abby was a sure pleasure in the way she walked us through the electronics; she made sure that we understood all the features ( horrendous task). Mike explained the financing throughly. He had a unique system to insure we signed in the right place; a green dob for me and a yellow dob for my wife. This made it super easy and certainly saved time. The good, they went to Jacksonville to get the car I wanted and brought it back for me, which I greatly appreciated. The deal went OK, the price was fair, except that I was led to believe that the milit wanted and brought it back for me, which I greatly appreciated. The deal went OK, the price was fair, except that I was led to believe that the military discount would come off from the agreed price on the car, and that didn't happen. I tried to get help with getting a copy of some financial paperwork, but the sales rep didn't follow up to make sure my request was fulfilled. So I tried the customer relations person by text, but she never responded. I then tried the sales manager, who put me on hold to check on the issue. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the line went dead, and when I called back, no one could find him. He never bothered to call me back to advise on the status of the problem. I called back three times after the line went dead and got the operator, who tried to find him with no success. I finally had to drive to the dealership to try and get what I wanted and was promised by the person in the finance department he would call me the next day to advise me on the issue. He never called me. I was left feeling like once the deal was done, they were done with me. Perhaps I was the victim of a confluence of unfortunate events, but, this should never happen. More
